What is a half-day rental?
HALF-DAY RATE
Out between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, return in 4 hours.
Out between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm, return by 8am the following day.
Out after 4:30 pm, return by 11:00 am the following day.
What is a daily rate?
ONE DAY RATE
Out before 1:00 pm, return by 8:00 am the next day.
Out after 1:00 pm, return within 24 hours.
Do you have delivery and pickup service, and is there a charge?
Yes we offer this service for an additional charge. The rate is based on the time it takes for our truck to leave our yard and to return. Rates vary depending on the type of equipment being delivered. Please call us for more details.
Can I reserve items?
Yes. Reservations are accepted with the payment of a deposit at the time the reservation is taken. This can be done over the phone with a credit card or in person with cash, credit card, or check.
What identification is required to rent items?
We accept the following forms of identification when renting from us:
Guam Drivers License
U.S. Military Identification card
Other U.S. State Drivers Licenses
U.S. Passport
How old do I have to be to rent items?
18 years of age.
What forms of payment do you accept?
East-West Rental Accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you offer open accounts and what are the payment terms?
Yes. We do offer Net 30 credit accounts to qualifying businesses. We require potential charge account customers to submit a credit application along with credit information. Click HERE to download our credit application.
Are Deposits required?
Yes. Deposits are required for all rentals except for credit card and charge account transactions. Your rental charges will be deducted from the deposit and the difference will be refunded back to you. Cash transactions will refunded upon returning the equipment. Check transactions will be mailed within 10 banking days.
What do I do if there is a breakdown?
At East-West Rental Center, we work hard at keeping our equipment maintained and inspect our machines regularly. Despite of our efforts, machines do break down from time to time for various reasons. If a machine breaks down while on rental, we will do what we can to resolve the problem promptly.
If at any time the machine is malfunctioning, immediately shut down the machine and turn it completely off. Contact our rental counter at 671-646-1463 or 671-646-4264 and report the break down. We may either try to work through the problem on the phone, arrange an exchange, or send technicians to your jobsite to repair the machine.
